Ingredients for - Black Bean and Corn Salad

1. Olive oil - ½ cup
2. Fresh lime juice - ⅓ cup
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
6. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
7. Frozen corn kernels - 1 ½ cups
8. Avocado - peeled, pitted and diced - 1
9. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1
10. Tomatoes, chopped - 2
11. Green onions, thinly sliced - 6
12. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Black Bean and Corn Salad

1. Stage

Place olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small jar. Close the lid tightly and shake the jar until the dressing is well combined.

2. Stage

Combine in a salad bowl beans, corn, avocado, bell pepper, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.

Shake dressing again, pour over salad, and toss to coat.
