3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Potatoes, cubed - 2
5. Carrots, sliced - 2
6. Onion, sliced - 1
7. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
8. Fresh rosemary - 4 sprigs
9. Stout beer - 20 fluid ounces
10. Vegetable broth - 1 ½ cups
11. Tomato paste - ½ (6 ounce) can
12. Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons
13. Salt - 1 teaspoon
14. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
15. Cold water - 1 ½ teaspoons
16. Cornstarch - 1 ½ teaspoons
17. French bread - 4 slices
18. Shredded Swiss cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Vegetarian Stout French Onion Soup

1. Stage

Toss mushrooms and flour together in a bowl until coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir coated mushrooms until browned, 5 to 10 minutes.
