5. All-purpose flour - 3 ¼ cups
6. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
7. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Confectioners' sugar - 1 ½ cups
10. Eggnog - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tasty Eggnog Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a medium bowl, cream together the margarine and white sugar until smooth. Stir in the egg and 1 cup eggnog. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into the sugar mixture so it is well blended. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
