Ingredients for - Turkey Gravy from Giblets

1. Chicken broth - 4 cups
2. Turkey neck and giblets - 1
3. Chopped onion - ½ cup
4. Celery, diced - 1
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Turkey drippings - ½ cup
8. All-purpose flour - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Turkey Gravy from Giblets

1. Stage

Combine broth, turkey neck, giblets, onion, celery, salt, and pepper in a large pot. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.

2. Stage

Strain broth; you should have close to 4 cups.

3. Stage

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add turkey drippings. Stir in flour until smooth. Add broth and giblets. Cook and stir until well blended and thickened, 15 to 20 minutes.
