1. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
2. Salt - ½ teaspoon
3. Half-and-half - 1 cup
4. Eggs - 3
5. Swiss cheese - 2 slices
6. Pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie - 1 recipe
7. Chopped fresh spinach - ½ cup
8. Canned mushrooms - ½ cup
9. Ham, flaked - 1 (4.5 ounce) can
10. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Ham and Cheese Quiche

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Beat together flour, salt, half-and-half and eggs in a medium bowl.

3. Stage

Place Swiss cheese flat in the pie crust. Arrange spinach evenly over Swiss cheese, then cover with mushrooms. Pour the flour and egg mixture over mushrooms. Cover with flaked ham and top with Cheddar cheese.

4. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven 45 to 55 minutes, until surface is golden brown.
