1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 1 pound
3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. Celery, chopped - 3 stalks
5. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
6. Cabbage, chopped - 1 medium head
7. Stewed tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
8. Water - 14 ½ fluid ounces
9. Uncooked rice - 1 cup
10. Garlic salt, or to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage Jambalaya

1. Stage

Combine ground beef, smoked sausage, onion, celery, and garlic in a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until beef is evenly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in cabbage, tomatoes, water, and rice. Season with garlic salt.
