3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Ground beef - 1 pound
5. Low-carb marinara sauce - 1 ½ cups
6. Salt, divided - 2 teaspoons
7. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Ricotta cheese - 1 (8 ounce) container
10. Egg - 1 large
11. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
12. Shredded mozzarella cheese - 2 cups
13. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
14. Aluminum foil - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
