2. Cooked quinoa - 1 ½ cups
3. Frozen corn - 1 cup
4. Red bell pepper, diced - 1
5. Chopped green onion - ½ cup
6. Finely chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish - ½ cup
7. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
8. Olive oil - ½ cup
9. Lime, juiced - 1
10. Honey - 2 tablespoons
11. Pickled jalapeno pepper slices, chopped - 6
12. Dry mustard - ¼ teaspoon
13. Paprika - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mexican Quinoa Salad

1. Stage

Stir black beans, quinoa, corn, red bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, and garlic together in a large bowl.
