How to cook deliciously - Hummus with broccoli
1. Stage
Soak the chickpeas overnight. Drain the water in which the chickpeas were soaked and add new water, so as to cover the chickpeas by 5 cm. Cook for 1-1.5 hours. Do not pour the remaining water. Chickpeas cool.
2. Stage
Chop the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes. Let cool.
3. Stage
In the bowl of a combine load chickpeas (leave some for decoration), broccoli, tahina, oil, lemon juice, salt and spices and whip, gradually adding the cooled broth to get the desired consistency (it took me about 100 ml).
4. Stage
To serve, I grilled a baguette.
