2. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Cayenne pepper (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
4. Butter - ½ tablespoon
5. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Whole peppercorns - 1 teaspoon

Pat tuna steaks dry and season on both sides with salt and cayenne pepper.
