1. Unsalted butter - ¾ cup
2. Egg yolks, at room temperature - 4 large
3. Fresh lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
4. Kosher salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Freshly ground black pepper - ¾ teaspoon
6. Ground cayenne pepper - 2 pinches
7. Hot sauce (such as Tabasco®) - 2 dashes

How to cook deliciously - Easy Hollandaise Sauce in the Blender

1. Stage

Melt butter in a small saucepan.

2. Stage

Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a blender; blend for 15 seconds. With blender running on low speed, slowly pour in hot butter and blend until sauce is thick, about 30 seconds. Mix in hot sauce.

3. Stage

Serve immediately or keep in the blender at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.
