2. Pineapple juice (such as Dole®) - 6 fluid ounces
3. White sugar - ⅓ cup
4. Fresh lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Whisk cream, pineapple juice, and sugar in a bowl until sugar is dissolved; stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 6 hours.
