2. 9 oz. fresh cheese tortellini -
3. 8 oz. mozzarella balls, halved -
7. Large pinch red pepper flakes -
8. 4 oz. thinly sliced salami rounds, halved if large -

How to cook deliciously - Tortellini Skewers
1. Stage
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain, transfer to a large bowl, and let cool. Add mozzarella and toss with olive oil, vinegar, oregano, and pepper flakes.
2. Stage
Fold salami in quarters. Skewer one piece of mozzarella, a piece of salami, and 4 tortellini on each skewer. Serve with the pesto.
