4. 3 tbsp. water -
5. 1 tsp. honey -
6. 1/4 c. canola oil -
7. 1 tbsp. canola oil -
8. 3 tbsp. Chopped cilantro -
9. Kosher salt -
10. Freshly ground pepper -

How to cook deliciously - Scallion Vinaigrette

1. Stage

In a blender, puree the scallions, jalapeño, vinegar, water, and honey; gradually add the oil. Add the cilantro and pulse. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
