1. Pecan halves - 1 cup
2. Rolled oats - ⅓ cup
3. Pitted Medjool dates - 1 cup
4. Ground cinnamon - ⅛ teaspoon
5. Kosher salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
7. Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Pecan Pie Energy Bites

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stage

Arrange a single layer of pecans on the prepared baking sheet. Top with rolled oats. Bake in the preheated oven until toasted, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
