How to cook deliciously - Cilantro Lime Chicken 5 Ways
1 . Stage
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with cumin and garlic powder, then season with salt and pepper.

Add chicken to skillet and cook until golden and mostly cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add chicken stock, lime juice, and honey. Bring mixture to a simmer then stir in cilantro and red pepper flakes. Chicken Salad: Chop chicken breast into small pieces, then transfer to a small bowl. Add mayonnaise, lime juice and cilantro and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve on romaine leaves.
