Ingredients for - Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese

1. 1/2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2. 1 c. baby spinach, packed
3. 1/2 15-oz. can artichokes, chopped
4. 1 tbsp. sour cream
5. 1 tsp. garlic powder
6. Kosher salt
7. Freshly ground black pepper
8. 1 tbsp. butter
9. 2 slices bread
10. 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
11. 2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan

How to cook deliciously - Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese

1 . Stage

Heat pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Add spinach and cook until wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Add artichokes and cook until heated through, 1 minute more.

2 . Stage

Drain excess liquid from pan and remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, then add garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

3 . Stage

Wipe pan clean and heat to medium. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the non-buttered side of one slice, place half of Mozzarella and half of Parmesan, then top with the spinach-artichoke mixture and remaining cheeses. Close sandwich.

4 . Stage

Place sandwich in pan; cover and cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip, and cook other side until cheese is melty and bread is golden brown, 2 minutes more.

5 . Stage

Slice in half and serve.
