Ingredients for - Bruschetta Salmon

1. 4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets -
2. 1 tsp. dried oregano -
3. Kosher salt -
4. Freshly ground black pepper -
5. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
6. 3 cloves garlic, minced -
7. 2 shallots, minced -
8. 3 c. halved cherry tomatoes -
9. Juice of 1/2 lemon -
10. 1/4 c. Thinly sliced basil -
11. Freshly grated Parmesan, for serving -
12. Balsamic glaze, for drizzling -

How to cook deliciously - Bruschetta Salmon

1. Stage

Season salmon all over with oregano, salt and pepper. 

2. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. When oil is shimmering but not smoking, add salmon skin-side up and cook until deeply golden, about 6 minutes. Flip and cook 6 minutes, until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Transfer to a plate.
