1. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix 1 (1 ounce) packet
2. Lean ground beef 2 pounds
3. Yellow onion, peeled and minced 1 small
4. Freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
5. Seasoned dry bread crumbs (Optional) ½ cup
6. Hamburger buns, lightly toasted 6
7. Butter lettuce, or more as needed 6 leaves
8. Tomato, sliced 1 medium

How to cook deliciously - Ranch Burgers from Hidden Valley

1 . Stage

Preheat the grill or broiler.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine the beef, seasoning mix, onion, and pepper and mix well. If desired, add bread crumbs to meat mixture, too.

3 . Stage

With wet hands shape the meat mixture into 6 patties, each about 1-inch thick. Grill the burgers for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached and juices run clear.

4 . Stage

Serve the burgers topped with the lettuce and tomato.
