1. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix - 1 (1 ounce) packet
2. Lean ground beef - 2 pounds
3. Yellow onion, peeled and minced - 1 small
4. Freshly ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
5. Seasoned dry bread crumbs (Optional) - ½ cup
6. Hamburger buns, lightly toasted - 6
7. Butter lettuce, or more as needed - 6 leaves
8. Tomato, sliced - 1 medium

How to cook deliciously - Ranch Burgers from Hidden Valley

1. Stage

Preheat the grill or broiler.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the beef, seasoning mix, onion, and pepper and mix well. If desired, add bread crumbs to meat mixture, too.

3. Stage

With wet hands shape the meat mixture into 6 patties, each about 1-inch thick. Grill the burgers for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached and juices run clear.

Serve the burgers topped with the lettuce and tomato.
