Ingredients for - Churrasco

1. 1 (1 1/2-lb.) flank steak (about 1/2" thick), cut in half crosswise
2. Kosher salt
3. Freshly ground black pepper
4. Chimichurri, for serving

How to cook deliciously - Churrasco

1 . Stage

Prepare a grill for medium-high heat; heat 5 minutes. Pat steak dry with paper towels; season on both sides with salt and pepper.

2 . Stage

Grill steak about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. (Cooking time will vary due to thickness of your steak.) Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes. 

3 . Stage

Thinly slice steak against the grain. Transfer to a platter. Spoon chimichurri over.
