Ingredients for - Orange Glazed Salmon

1. Cooking spray -
2. 1 orange, sliced into rounds -
3. 1 large salmon fillet (about 3 lb.) -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 3 tbsp. melted butter -
7. 3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce -
8. 1 tsp. orange zest -
9. 2 cloves garlic, grated -
10. 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger -
11. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes -
12. Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish -
13. Lime wedges, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Orange Glazed Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 300°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray. 

2. Stage

In the center of the foil, lay orange slices in an even layer. Place salmon skin side down on top of orange slices and season with salt and pepper.

3. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together butter, chili sauce, zest, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Spread all over salmon fillet.

4. Stage

Roast salmon until a skewer or paring knife inserted into the side of the salmon has no resistance, about 25 minutes.

5. Stage

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges.
