Ingredients for - Pimento Pasta Salad

1. 1 lb. elbow macaroni
2. 3 jars pimento peppers, drained
3. 2 c. shredded Cheddar
4. 3/4 c. mayonnaise
5. 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
6. Kosher salt
7. 1/4 c. Chopped chives

How to cook deliciously - Pimento Pasta Salad

1 . Stage

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine macaroni, peppers, cheddar, mayonnaise and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Season with salt to taste.

3 . Stage

Garnish with chives and serve.
