6. 1 c. small macaroni -
9. 2 c. small broccoli florets -

11. 1/4 c. chopped parsley, plus more for garnish -
How to cook deliciously - Broccoli-Cheddar Macaroni Soup
1. Stage
In a large pot over medium heat, warm 1 tablespoon olive oil and sauté garlic for 3 minutes. Add onions and wine; simmer for 5 minutes. Add broth, macaroni and season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; cook according to al dente package directions.
2. Stage
Just before serving add broccoli, Cheddar, and parsley; cook until broccoli is bright green and tender and cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
3. Stage
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
