1. Garlic, sliced 2 cloves
2. Kosher salt 1 pinch
3. Chopped fresh tarragon 1 tablespoon
4. Mayonnaise ½ cup
5. Fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoons
6. Cayenne pepper, or to taste 1 pinch

Crush garlic and salt together in a mortar with a pestle; add tarragon and continue crushing with the pestle until tarragon is pulverized.
