5. Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, minced, or to taste - 2
6. Adobo sauce from chipotle peppers - 2 tablespoons
7. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Coarse ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Celery salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
11. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
12. Onion, chopped - 1
13. Dry oatmeal - ½ cup
14. Lean ground beef - 2 pounds
15. Hickory-flavored barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Smoky Chipotle Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

Whisk eggs in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Whisk in 1/3 cup barbecue sauce, garlic, chipotle chiles, adobo sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, celery salt, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce until evenly smooth. Mix in onion, oatmeal, and ground beef with your hands until evenly blended. Pack mixture into the prepared pan. Brush the top with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
