Ingredients for - Any-Veggie Slaw

1. Shredded napa cabbage - 3 cups
2. Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper - 1 cup
3. Bias-sliced snow pea pods - 1 cup
4. Thinly sliced green onion - ¼ cup
5. White wine vinegar - ¼ cup
6. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley - 2 tablespoons
8. Honey - 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped fresh tarragon - 1 teaspoon
10. Dijon mustard - ½ teaspoon
11. Kosher salt - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Any-Veggie Slaw

1. Stage

Combine cabbage, bell pepper, snow pea pods, and green onion in a bowl.

2. Stage

Shake together vinegar, oil, parsley, honey, tarragon, mustard, salt, and pepper for vinaigrette in a small covered jar.

3. Stage

Store veggie mixture and vinaigrette separately in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Toss together and chill up to 24 hours before serving as a slaw to let flavors combine.
