1. Shredded napa cabbage 3 cups
2. Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper 1 cup
3. Bias-sliced snow pea pods 1 cup
4. Thinly sliced green onion ¼ cup
5. White wine vinegar ¼ cup
6. Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley 2 tablespoons
8. Honey 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped fresh tarragon 1 teaspoon
10. Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon
11. Kosher salt ½ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Any-Veggie Slaw

1 . Stage

Combine cabbage, bell pepper, snow pea pods, and green onion in a bowl.

2 . Stage

Shake together vinegar, oil, parsley, honey, tarragon, mustard, salt, and pepper for vinaigrette in a small covered jar.

3 . Stage

Store veggie mixture and vinaigrette separately in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Toss together and chill up to 24 hours before serving as a slaw to let flavors combine.
