1. Tomatoes, chopped 2 medium
2. Onion, chopped ½ small
3. Chopped fresh basil 2 tablespoons
4. Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
5. Salt ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
7. Crumbled goat cheese ½ cup
8. Shredded mild Cheddar cheese ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Goat Cheese Dip

1 . Stage

Mix tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Refrigerate bruschetta for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
