9. Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
10. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
11. Vegetable base - ⅓ tablespoon
12. Minced fresh garlic - 1 teaspoon
13. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
14. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

1. Stage

Combine water, olive oil, chives, thyme, rosemary, basil, parsley, oregano, tomato paste, cornstarch, vegetable base, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.
