Ingredients for - Fisherman's Catch Chowder

1. Cod fillets, cubed - 1 ½ pounds
2. Whole peeled tomatoes, mashed - 1 (16 ounce) can
3. Clam juice - 1 (8 ounce) jar
4. Chopped onion - ½ cup
5. Chopped celery - ½ cup
6. Chopped carrots - ½ cup
7. Dry white wine - ½ cup
8. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
9. Dried rosemary - ¼ teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
12. Butter, melted - 3 tablespoons
13. Light cream - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Fisherman's Catch Chowder

1. Stage

In a slow cooker, stir together the cod, tomatoes, clam juice, onion, celery, carrots, wine, parsley, rosemary, and salt. Cover, and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours or on High 3 to 4 hours.

2. Stage

One hour prior to serving, mix flour, butter, and light cream in a small bowl. Stir into the slow cooker until the fish mixture is thickened.
