Each variety of cabbage in turn dipped in boiling water for 2 minutes and immediately rinse with cold water. It is convenient to do this by putting the cabbage in a colander.

Put the blanched cabbage in a container, pouring over the carrots, chopped garlic, pepper and bay leaf. Put hot red pepper on top. Pour in the vinegar and cover.
4. Stage
Prepare the marinade: boil water, dissolve salt and sugar (it turns out quite sweet cabbage, so adjust to your taste). Pour hot marinade over the cabbage and cover with a lid. When it cools down, put it in the fridge. In 24 hours the snack will be ready. Keep it in the fridge, but not for long.
