6. Chili powder - 3 tablespoons
7. Cayenne pepper - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - 2 teaspoons
9. Minced garlic - 2 teaspoons
10. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
