3. Brown sugar 1 ¼ cups
4. Honey ½ cup
5. Egg 1
6. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
7. Cold water 1 tablespoon
8. Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
9. Salt 1 pinch
10. Raisins 1 cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pastry shells on a baking sheet.
