2. Maraschino cherries, drained and chopped - ½ (10 ounce) jar
3. Miniature marshmallows - 1 cup
4. Confectioners' sugar - ½ cup
5. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
7. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
8. Heavy cream - 1 cup

1. Stage

Combine pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl.

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Add to pineapple mixture along with vanilla, stirring gently to combine.

Beat heavy cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold into pineapple mixture.
