Ingredients for - Blueberry Gelatin Salad

1. Grape flavored Jell-O® mix 2 (3 ounce) packages
2. Boiling water 2 cups
3. Crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (8 ounce) can
4. Blueberry pie filling 1 (21 ounce) can
5. Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Sour cream 1 cup
7. White sugar ½ cup
8. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Blueberry Gelatin Salad

1 . Stage

In a large bowl, mix together gelatin powder, boiling water, pineapple and pie filling. Pour into a mold, or glass baking dish, and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.

2 . Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the top of the gelatin. If using a mold, unmold the gelatin before applying topping.
