Ingredients for - Butternut Squash Noodles

1. 16 oz. butternut squash noodles
2. 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3. Kosher salt 
4. Freshly ground black pepper
5. Pinch crushed red pepper flakes 
6. Freshly grated Parmesan, for serving 

How to cook deliciously - Butternut Squash Noodles

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 425°. Place noodles on a large baking sheet and toss with oil, salt, pepper, and pinch of red pepper flakes. Roast until tender and golden in spots, 10 minutes. 

2 . Stage

Serve noodles warm with Parmesan.
