1. Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon
2. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
3. Onion Powder ½ teaspoon
4. Salt ½ teaspoon
5. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
6. Freshly ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
7. Cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon
8. Dried thyme ¼ teaspoon
9. Extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 pounds
10. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
11. Butter, cubed and at room temperature ½ cup
12. Minced fresh parsley (Optional) 2 tablespoons
13. 6 lemon wedges (optional) 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sheet Pan Cajun Butter Shrimp

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, pepper, cayenne pepper, and thyme in a small bowl. Pat shrimp dry and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.

3 . Stage

Place shrimp in a single layer on a sheet pan without overcrowding.

4 . Stage

Cook in the preheated oven until shrimp are opaque in the middle, about 8 minutes. Immediately add butter to the hot pan and toss with shrimp until butter is melted. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired and serve with lemon wedges.
