Ingredients for - Chicken & Herb Spring Medley

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs - 1 pound
3. Onion, diced - 1
4. Frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, and string beans) - 1 cup
5. UNCLE BEN'S® Flavor Infusions Chicken & Herb Rice - 1 cup
6. Water - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Chicken & Herb Spring Medley

1. Stage

In a skillet, over medium-high heat, add oil and chicken.

2. Stage

When chicken is browned, stir in onions. Cook for about 2 more minutes.

3. Stage

Add mixed vegetables, UNCLE BEN'S® Flavor Infusions Chicken & Herb Rice, and water.

4. Stage

Bring to boil, then reduce to medium heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Enjoy!
