Ingredients for - Buffalo Cauliflower

1. Olive oil cooking spray -
2. Water - 1 cup
3. Gluten-free baking flour (such as Premium Gold® Flax and Ancient Grains All-Purpose Flour) - ¾ cup
4. Garlic powder, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
6. Cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces - 2 heads
7. Butter - 2 tablespoons
8. Hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®) - ½ cup
9. Honey - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
