Ingredients for - Apple Pie Liquor

1. Water - 18 cups
2. Apple cider - 1 gallon
3. Frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed - 6 (6 ounce) cans
4. White sugar - 4 cups
5. Brown sugar - 4 cups
6. Cinnamon sticks - 7
7. 190 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear®) - 1 (750 milliliter) bottle

How to cook deliciously - Apple Pie Liquor

1. Stage

Mix water, apple cider, apple juice concentrate, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks together in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture is reduced, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir grain alcohol into mixture until evenly combined. Cool apple pie liquor completely. Pour apple pie liquor and 1 cinnamon stick into a jar or container.
