5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Apricot preserves - 1 ½ tablespoons
7. Kosher salt - 1 tablespoon
8. Freshly ground black pepper - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Ketchup - 1 cup
10. Apricot preserves - ½ cup
11. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
12. Hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot ®) (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
13. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
14. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Simple Apricot-Glazed Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Make the meatloaf: Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic, apricot preserves, kosher salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; mix well until thoroughly combined. Transfer to a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Meanwhile, make the glaze: Mix ketchup, apricot preserves, brown sugar, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cider vinegar together in a medium bowl.
