1. Butter - 1 tablespoon
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 2 pounds
3. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
4. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
5. Red wine - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Mushrooms

1. Stage

Heat butter in a skillet over low heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are a light golden brown, about 10 minutes. Stir in basil.

2. Stage

Reduce heat to low, and pour wine into the skillet. Simmer until wine has mostly evaporated. Serve immediately.
