Ingredients for - Annie's Turkey Brine

1. Water - 1 ½ gallons
2. Apple cider - 1 quart
3. Brown sugar - 2 cups
4. Oranges, sliced - 2
5. Salt - 1 ½ cups
6. Celery leaves and diced celery stalk from the inside of a bunch - ¾ cup
7. Dried rosemary - 3 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced - 6 cloves
9. Bay leaves - 6
10. Dried thyme - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Annie's Turkey Brine

1. Stage

Stir water, apple cider, brown sugar, orange slices, salt, celery, rosemary, garlic, bay leaves, and thyme together in a stock pot; bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Cool brine completely before using to brine turkey.
