1. Ketchup - ¼ cup
2. Soy sauce - ¼ cup
3. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
4. Chicken broth - ½ cup
5. Sherry - ⅓ cup
6. Frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed - ¼ cup
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Fresh ginger, minced - 1 (1/2 inch) piece
9. Worcestershire sauce - 1 dash
10. Chickens, quartered - 3 (3 pound)

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Huli Huli Chicken

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

2. Stage

Mix ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, sherry, pineapple juice concentrate, garlic, ginger, and Worcestershire in a bowl. Brush over the chicken pieces and reserve any remaining sauce.

3. Stage

Place chicken on the preheated grill. Cook, brushing with sauce and turning repeatedly, until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 40 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, near the bone, should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
