Ingredients for - Avocado Crema

1. Lime, juiced - ½ medium
2. Fresh cilantro, or to taste - ¼ bunch
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Ripe avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into wedges - 1 medium
5. Mexican crema (such as Crema Supremo®) - 1 (8 ounce) container
6. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
7. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Crema

1. Stage

Combine ingredients in a blender in the following order: lime juice, cilantro, garlic, avocado, crema, oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
