How to cook deliciously - Creamy bread pudding
1. Stage
Cut the layers into slices 1 cm wide, brush one side with softened butter and put them in a large bowl.

Grease a baking dish (I have a thick-walled ceramic dish) with butter and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. cinnamon and 2 tbsp. sugar. Pour all the raisins on the bottom. Melt the jam so that it is liquid and pour it on the bottom of the form, leaving a little to glaze the finished pudding.

Using a whisk or mixer, beat the milk, cream, eggs, vanilla seeds and remaining cinnamon. Pour half of the mixture into our sliced puff pastry.

When the puffs are a little wet, lay the slices overlapping in the baking dish. Pour over the remaining milk and egg mixture and sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.
