6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
8. Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
9. Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 pinch

Spray a medium microwave-safe bowl with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
