1. Butter, softened - 1 cup
2. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
3. White sugar - 1 cup
4. Eggs - 2 large
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Quick cooking oats - 2 cups
7. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Raisins - 1 cup
12. Sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins®) - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

Beat together butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add flour mixture, 1 cup at a time, beating batter briefly after each addition. Mix in raisins and cranberries. Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
