2. Instant mashed potato flakes - ⅔ cup
3. Egg - 1
4. Margarine - 2 tablespoons
5. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
6. Dry milk powder - ¼ cup
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Bread flour - 3 cups
9. Active dry yeast - 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Potato Bread I

1. Stage

Add ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer. Add enough water to make a firm dough; use less if leftover potatoes are used.

2. Stage

Bake at regular bread cycle.
