3. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
4. Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
5. Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
6. Fish sauce 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix to combine. Spread out on a sheet pan in a single layer.
