Ingredients for - Tuna and Red Pepper Sauce

1. Roasted red bell peppers, diced - 8 ounces
2. Tuna, drained - 1 (5 ounce) can
3. Chopped parsley - ¼ cup
4. Olive oil - ¼ cup
5. Capers - 2 teaspoons
6. Minced garlic - 2 teaspoons
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Seashell pasta - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Tuna and Red Pepper Sauce

1. Stage

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

2. Stage

In large serving bowl, combine roasted red peppers, tuna, parsley, olive oil, capers, garlic, and salt and pepper.

Drain pasta. Toss immediately with tuna mixture.
